1 ½ oz. dry sherry
1 ½ oz. party rojo vermouth
Stir with ice in a mixing glass, strain into a chilled coupe

Soda
Build in a highball glass over ice, top with soda, garnish with with an orange slice

1 oz. orange juice
Build in a shaker over ice, strain into a chilled coupe, garnish with an orange peel

¾ oz. lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 tsp. Brancamenta
1 dollop orange marmalade

¼ oz. maraschino liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
Absinthe rinse

1 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. mint syrup
1 oz. ginger beer
½ oz. lemon juice
