In order to give you and your products the attention you deserve, we request that all sales reps use our online scheduling link. Drop-in, unscheduled sales calls will not be accepted.
Time Frame: The standard days and times when sales call appointments can be booked:
Tuesday 12:30pm to 1pm; 1:30pm to 2pm; and 2:30pm to 3pm
Wednesday 12:30pm to 1pm; 1:30pm to2pm; and 2:30pm to 3pm
Frequency: In-person sales calls will be limited to one per month per company/rep. In the interim, you are welcome to email me with information about other products or purchasing opportunities, or to request a telephone meeting.
Duration: All appointments are for a maximum of 30 minutes. To make the most of your appointment time, please email me several days in advance to describe the product(s) you will be bringing, and attach any fact sheets or other documents that would be useful in your presentation.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please go to the scheduling link and select the cancel button. To reschedule, please use the scheduling calendar to check availability. Please do not call or show up unannounced. If the GM must cancel due to work schedule conflicts, you will be contacted to discuss an alternate meeting day and time.
How to use the scheduling tool:
When you click the Book an Appointment link, a new window will open, displaying available dates and times.
On left side of th scheduling window, click any date that has a light blue circle around it.
On the right side of the scheduling window, select an available time slot.
Type your name, email, and company name in the box that pops up, and then click the blue “BOOK” button. You will receive a confirmation via email.
