Carol King is a sommelier, writer, artist, and our resident polyglot. She is the General Manager at Porter Square Wine & Spirits as well as a partner and beverage director at Ravello Italian Kitchen in Watertown. If you are lucky enough to catch her in the store, she will hook you up with some dope wine. She may even try to talk you into a bottle of Manzanilla sherry or a Spanish vermouth. Let her.
